To maintain a leadership role in automotive technology, BMW of North America has chosen Custom Training Group of UTI as a provider of its Service Technician Education Program (STEP). BMW of North America will select over 200 students annually to attend BMW STEP training at the following locations: Phoenix, Arizona, Ontario, California, Orlando, Florida, Upper Saddle River, New Jersey and Houston, Texas. BMW STEP gives students in-depth training with some of the world's most advanced automotive technology.
All tuition for this manufacturer-sponsored advanced training program is paid by BMW of North America and the hiring dealers. This product specific training will allow graduates of the BMW STEP program to enter their career as a level one BMW technician, placing them years ahead of other BMW entry-level technicians. STEP graduates are typically receiving multiple job offers at or above industry standard wages. If you're serious about a career with BMW, this program is a big STEP in the right direction.
